In order to maintain the public commercial order over the platform, to continuously enhance buyers' experience, to establish a transparent and fair commerce platform for suppliers and buyers, Alibaba.com will calculate penalty points for acts of non-compliance of transactions in cross-border trade between users of Alibaba.com.
